Dearest grandchild,

Today’s letter will deal with Ryan Bomberger. In 2009, he and his wife Bethany founded The Radiance Foundation. This is a 501c3 educational, faith based, life affirming organization to help people understand and embrace their God given purpose. Over the years they have been covered by CNN, USA Today, Yahoo! News, MSNBC, NY Times, LA Times, JET, NPR, BET, ABC World News, Charisma, ChristianPost, the AP, Fox News, Breitbart and many others. This coverage has enabled them to reach millions. Predictbly, their life-affirming efforts have been officially denounced by Planned Parenthood, the ACLU and the NAACP. They were even sued by the NAACP. Fortunately, the Radiance Foundation won the case after two years in court. They truly believe that every human life has a purpose. This, of course, includes you! This is one reason I want you to know about Ryan Bomberger.

Ryan’s background gives him a special insight into abortion. He was conceived when his biological mother was raped. Thank God, she courageously “chose” to give him life. He was adopted at the age of 6 weeks by a multi-racial Christian family of 15. 10 of the 13 children in this family were adopted. Ryan therefore grew up in an atmosphere of diversity. He is today a broadcast media designer, producer, columnist, author, and international speaker. His first book - “Not Equal: Civil Rights Gone Wrong” details how the civil rights movement has been hijacked.

Perhaps you have heard about the Movie Gosnell. It was released October 12, which happens to be my mother’s birthday (Zola Mae Mouton 10/12/1909 – 6/16/2002). I am indebted to Ryan Bomberger for the following facts about Dr. Kermit Gosnell.

Dr. Gosnell is the millionaire abortionist who has been called the most prolific serial killer in American history. His Women’s Medical Society was actually a “house of horrors”. It was located at 3801 Lancaster in Philadelphia. It was next door to an elementary school and nestled in a community surrounded by churches and colleges. This squalid facility was first investigated in 1979, and the next time was 10 long years later. Violations were overlooked because he promised to change. The next investigation was in 1993 and the next was 16 years later. In 2009 a Nepalese refugee named Karnamaya Mongar died while undergoing an abortion but even this did not trigger an investigation. Apparently, policing abortion clinics and making them safe is not a high priority.

The clinic was finally raided Feb. 18, 2010 in a search for drugs. They discovered a cesspool of filth, blood-stained equipment, crumbling walls, and body parts in jars, bags, and bottles. A stench of urine filled the air and a flea infested cat was roaming around leaving his feces behind. Dr. Gosnell, who is black, made sure that his white patients were placed in the cleanest rooms. He concluded that minority patients would be less likely to complain about the filth. The Democratic District Attorney, R. Seth Williams, in a Grand Jury report nearly 300 pages long wrote: “My comprehension of the English language can’t adequately describe the barbaric nature of Dr. Gosnell”. When babies were born alive he would routinely kill them by severing their spinal cords with scissors. He kept their hands and feet in jars of formaldehyde as trophies and clogged the toilets with their arms and legs.

Ryan wrote about Dr. Gosnell’s “supercoil” abortion experiments performed on black women bussed in from Chicago in 1972. This experimental procedure seriously injured many and even caused one woman to have an emergency hysterectomy. Even though these illegal abortions were filmed by a

crew from New York Dr. Gosnell was never held accountable. In 2013, however, after decades of crime, the 72 year old abortionist was finally brought to justice and sentenced to life in prison.

Ryan also reports that Gosnell is not the exception. Officials also look the other way about other abortion clinics. For example, even though abortionist Steve Brigham had his license revoked in several states he merely moves and sets up shop somewhere else. He operated a dozen abortion clinics with many in violation of health codes. State medical boards, however, often show little interest in overseeing abortion clinics. Ultimately, however, Brigham was finally charged with multiple counts of murder. His partner, Nicola Riley was also charged with murder and her license was suspend in Maryland. Incredibly, she simply moved to Utah and continued performing abortions there.

Georgia millionaire abortionist, Dr. Tyrone Malloy, is another example. He was indicted by a Grand Jury for Medical fraud and fined $10,000 for killing a 23 year old woman in a botched abortion. The State Board of Medical Examiners, however, still allowed him to continue doing abortions. While only God knows the actual number of abortion related deaths, we do have reports of over 55 million babies and 400 mothers who have died in abortion clinics in the United States since Roe vs. Wade.

Thank God for men like Ryan Bomberger, and others also, who are on the front lines defending life and trumpeting the truth that every human life has a purpose. Please consider what purpose God has for you.
