Dearest grandchild,
Today’s letter will deal with the subject of abortion. Pagan people have often murdered their babies as an act or worship, and as America becomes more pagan we are killing babies too. The late Judge Herbert Casteel, as you probably know, wrote a book a book about abortion titled “The Drums of Moloch”. The title comes from the practice of the Canaanites who burned their babies alive in the fiery arms of the bull god Moloch. As the babies died the pagan priests beat their drums loudly to keep the mothers from hearing their screams.
Since the infamous Roe vs. Wade decision by the Supreme Court on Jan. 22, 1973, we have murdered 55 million babies. The following facts have been condensed from an article by Ryan Bomberger of the Radiance Foundation.

Millionaire abortionist, Kermit Gosnell, ran an abortion clinic in Philadelphia which was indeed a “house of horrors”.

Dr. Gosnell had been doing abortions for decades but his squalid clinic had not been investigated by state officials For 17 years.

Those who finally did investigate this clinic found it a cesspool of filth, blood stained equipment, crumbling walls, and body parts in jars, bags, and bottles.

When D.A. Williams realized what was going on in that clinic he said that the English language was not adequate to describe the barbaric practices of Dr. Gosnell. Yes, the clinic had been inspected in recent years, but it was done by the pro-abortion National Abortion Federation. Consequently, they looked the other way and did not report their findings to the state authorities.

Dr. Gosnell is black and his clinic was in a black neighborhood. When he occasionally had a white client, he shrewdly assigned them to cleaner rooms. He obviously assumed that his minority clients would not be so particular.

As we said, Dr. Gosnell had been doing abortions for decades. Typical of his total disregard for the welfare of his clients is an experiment he conducted back in 1972. He called it the “supercoil abortion” technique. Black women were even bussed in from Chicago to try it out. Unfortunately, many were seriously injured, and one even had to have an emergency hysterectomy. Dr. Gosnell was never held accountable for these atrocities.

When the abortion failed and babies born alive, they were brutally murdered by having their spinal cords severed with scissors.

Pro abortion groups routinely fight against every common sense regulation to help insure the safety of the mother. When Texas passed a law seeking to make abortion clinics safer, for example, it was struck down by the U. S. Supreme Court. Justice Stephen G. Breyer wrote for the majority: “The surgical center requirement, like the admitting-privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions, and constitutes an ‘undue burden’ on their constitutional right to do so,”

Abortionist Steve Brigham has had his license revoked or suspended in numerous states, but
he merely sets up shop in another state and continues killing babies for profit. State medical boards show little concern about such practices. Brigham has recently been charged with multiple murders of viable babies born in his late term abortion clinics.

Fellow abortionist Nicola Riley was also charged with murder for performing illegal late term abortions. When her license was suspended in Maryland, she merely moved to Utah and continued performing abortions there.

Dr. Tyrone Malloy, millionaire abortionist from Georgia, was indicted by a Georgia grand jury for Medical Fraud. He killed a 23 year old woman in a botched abortion. He was merely fined $10,000 but permitted to continue doing abortions.

Famed late-term abortionist George Tiller performed many illegal abortions in an illegal collusion with another doctor who “approved” the abortions. Tiller claims to have performed 80,000 abortions. Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood, praised Dr. Tiller and told other pro-abortion doctors to be “more like George.”

Planned Parenthood has been taken to court in state after state (most recently in Iowa and Texas) for taking millions and millions in Medicare fraud. Don’t be surprised by this as there appear to be no ethics and the multi-billion dollar abortion business.

Over 55,000,000 babies and 400 women have died in abortion clinics. By contrast, no women have been harmed in the nations 2,000 pregnancy care centers. Millions of women, however, with unplanned pregnancies have been helped medically, emotionally, and financially by those who are dedicated to saving babies, not killing them.

As you know: “All that is necessary for evil to prevail, is for good people to do nothing”.
Fortunately, having an abortion is not the unpardonable sin. Many mothers have learned too late that it was a mistake to kill their baby. Take, for example, the case of Norma Leah McCorvey. She was the poor woman known as “Jane Roe” who was duped into participating in the Supreme Court case legalizing abortion. Like so many others, when she realized she was wrong, she repented and became a staunch pro-life advocate. She recently passed away on Feb. 18, 2017. Thank God that all who come to Christ can be forgiven.
