Dearest grandchild,

Today’s letter will feature the fable of “The Emperor’s New Clothes”. It was written by Hans Christian Anderson in 1837 and has been translated into over 100 languages. Anderson was born in Denmark April 2, 1805, and is famous for writing fairy tales. The lesson learned from this fable is not just valuable for children, but for everyone.

The plot of the story involves an eccentric emperor with an uncontrollable desire for something new. This obsession made him an easy prey for a couple of swindlers. Capitalizing on his obsession, they promised to make a unique and miraculous garment especially for him.. The miracle of the garment was this - to everyone who was unfit for office or hopelessly dull, the garment would be invisible. Thus, by wearing this miraculous garment the emperor could immediately identify all who were worthy, or unworthy, in his kingdom.

So the foolish ruler paid the swindlers a large sum of money in advance. Periodically he would send someone to check on their progress. Each “observer” was shocked to see nothing, but was afraid to say so. No one dared to tell the truth for in doing so they would immediately be branded as incompetent. The clever criminals described the imaginary garment in great detail so that each “observer” would carry a consistent report back to the emperor.

At last the deluded emperor was brought in to see the finished product. He too saw nothing, but was also afraid to say so. Consequently he took off his real clothes, and clothed in nothing but his imagination, paraded through the town for all to see.

Everyone saw that the emperor was naked, but no one had the nerve to say so. Peer pressure was so great that no one dared tell the truth. Finally, a little child, too young to be politically correct, cried out: “But he has nothing on”. Initially this poor child was looked upon with disdain, condescension, and sympathy. All of the arrogant and elite citizens pitied this poor child for his lack of sophistication. The longer they thought about it, however, the more obvious it became that the child was right. The emperor was naked! Sadly, however, while many finally faced reality, the emperor never did. The dye was cast. This poor deluded emperor refused to recognize reality. Thus the expression, “The Emperor is Naked” has made it’s way into descriptive vocabularies all over the world.

This story is significant because all of us can be pressured to deny reality. This link will take you to an 8 minute video. It is sad beyond description. In one way I’m sorry to expose you to such sadness, but because the emperor is naked, you need to face reality.

Dr. John Money talked his parents into perpetuating a lie and telling David that he was a girl. David was not a girl, but his parents were instructed to tell him that he was. They castrated this poor child, cut off the rest of his penis, gave him estrogen shots, and called him Brenda. They even dressed him like a girl and gave him dolls to play with. Even after his castration and estrogen shots, however, he was still a boy. Therefore, he thought and acted like a boy. He would tear off his dresses, fight with his brother, and refuse to play with dolls. Like any boy, he preferred to play with toy cars and guns. At age 14 a psychiatrist at last convinced his parents to tell him the truth. Even though he was outraged by being lied to all of his life, at last his frustration with being a “girl” finally made sense.

Meanwhile, Dr. Money heralded this cruel experiment with David as a success. He twisted the evidence to legitimize the wide spread use of surgical sex changes for infants.

In collaboration with Dr. Milton Diamond, David tried to save others from the misery he knew and shatter the myth about gender reassignment. This study was published in Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in March 1997.

At this present time the White House, and other arrogant elitists are in a full court press to scramble the sexes and rewrite what God did in creation.

Jesus said: “ . . . at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female’” (Mk. 10:6). Jesus is right and the emperor is wrong!

When you were born you got a birth certificate confirming the fact that God made you as a “male” or a “female”. When someone tries to intimidate you into believing otherwise, remember this story about the Emperor’s New Clothes.
